Largely of Frankish production, these swords cost about $1500 USD back then so they were not extremely common till the later parts of the viking age. T\u003cspan\u003ehe Vikings’ swords were normally around 90 cm (35in) long. They were usually double-edged and could be domestically produced or imported from the Frankish Empire.
